Bus Driver

Bus Driver
Operate motorcoaches and minibuses on charter routes, weddings, corporate shuttles, and school trips. Safely transport groups of 12 to 56 passengers on local, regional, and multi-day routes. Pay ranges from $300-$500 per day depending on route and experience.
Responsibilities
- ●Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per FMCSA rules
- ●Safely operate motorcoaches on highway and city routes
- ●Coordinate pickups and drop-offs with dispatch
- ●Maintain a clean, professional cabin for passengers
- ●Follow hours-of-service regulations at all times
Requirements
- ✓Class B CDL with passenger endorsement
- ✓Clean driving record and federal background check
- ✓Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- ✓Pass DOT drug and alcohol screening

Shuttle Bus Driver

Responsibilities
- ●Run scheduled shuttle loops on a fixed route and timetable
- ●Assist passengers with boarding and luggage
- ●Track on-time performance and report delays to dispatch
- ●Keep the vehicle clean and fueled between runs

Bus Cleaner / Servicer

Bus Cleaner / Servicer
Detail and prepare vehicles between trips. Keep the fleet presentation-ready — wipe downs, vacuuming, restroom restocks, and pre-trip fluid checks under the mechanic team’s direction.
Responsibilities
- ●Clean and sanitize cabin, restroom, and driver area between trips
- ●Vacuum, wipe, and restock supplies (water, cups, sanitizer)
- ●Perform exterior wash and window cleaning
- ●Report damage or maintenance issues to the shop
- ●Assist with fueling and staging vehicles for dispatch
Requirements
- ✓Attention to detail and pride in a clean vehicle
- ✓Ability to lift 25 lbs and work on your feet
- ✓Reliable schedule — early mornings and weekends as needed
- ✓No CDL required, but a plus
Bus Technician

Maintain and repair motorcoaches, minibuses, and sprinter vans. Diesel and gas engine work, brakes, air systems, electrical, and DOT inspections to keep the fleet road-ready and compliant.
Responsibilities
- ●Perform scheduled maintenance and DOT inspections
- ●Diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline drivetrains
- ●Service brakes, air systems, suspension, and electrical
- ●Document all work in the fleet maintenance log
- ●Flag safety-critical issues to the fleet manager
Requirements
- ✓3+ years heavy-duty or fleet mechanic experience
- ✓Own tools and familiarity with diesel diagnostic software
- ✓ASE certification preferred

Responsibilities

- ●Develop outbound accounts (corporate, schools, tour operators)
- ●Nurture repeat business with planners and travel managers
- ●Track pipeline and revenue against monthly targets
- ●Coordinate with logistics on vehicle availability and pricing

- ✓3+ years in B2B or group sales (transportation, travel, events)
- ✓Proven track record hitting revenue targets
