Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I AGREE," making a reservation, or using our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement for yourself or your organization.

1. Reservations and Deposits

Reservations more than 14 days from the Date of Service require a 50% deposit. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the trip. Payments should be made to RoadNation Charter Bus.

2. Bookings and Legal Compliance

Customers authorize RoadNation to charge their provided payment method for overtime, excessive cleaning, or damages.

3. Waived Conditions

RoadNation does not guarantee the following, and customers waive claims regarding:

• Specific make, model, or year of the bus
• Functionality of Wi-Fi, HVAC/Air conditioning, or on-board restrooms
• Arrival times affected by traffic, weather, mechanical breakdown, or Force Majeure

4. Driver Regulations

Drivers must follow FMCSA Hours of Service Regulations (maximum 10 hours driving / 15 hours on duty). The company may terminate any trip without refund if passengers attempt to force a driver to violate these federal safety laws.

5. Governing Law and Arbitration

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. All claims are to be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. Customers expressly waive their right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.
