We provide transportation for Sunday services and parking-challenged venues, youth group outings and camps, choir and music ministry travel, men’s and women’s retreats, conferences and conventions, cemetery and memorial services, and senior ministry outings. If your group needs to get there together, we have the vehicle and driver for it.

Yes. We routinely build multi-stop pickup routes across several neighborhoods, assisted-living facilities, and park-and-ride lots so members without a car can still attend. Share the pickup addresses and desired arrival time, and we will design an efficient route with synchronized pickup windows.

Yes. Drivers assigned to church transportation are professional, background-checked, and accustomed to ministry schedules, early-morning departures, and late-evening returns. They understand the respectful, courteous conduct expected around congregations, youth groups, and senior members.

For a full congregation or large retreat, a motorcoach (47–56 passengers) with restroom and WiFi keeps everyone comfortable on longer drives. Youth groups of 24–35 fit well in a minibus, and leadership teams or small groups of 12–15 ride comfortably in a sprinter van. We can also dispatch multiple vehicles for multi-departure trips.

Yes. We offer on-site charter service where the vehicle stays on-site and runs continuous shuttle loops between the parking area, overflow lot, and the venue entrance. This is popular for packed Sunday services, holiday events, and funeral or memorial services where parking is limited.

Yes. ADA-accessible motorcoaches and minibuses with wheelchair lifts and tiedown stations are available on request. Tell us the number of wheelchair passengers at booking so we dispatch a vehicle with the correct lift positions and seating configuration.

For regular Sunday shuttles, 1 to 2 weeks is usually enough. For retreats, conferences, and holiday services (Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving), book 4 to 6 weeks ahead to lock in the best vehicle selection and driver availability.
